Therapy

So this weekend I painted a room in my house and I never realized how hard painting can be when you don't know how to do it properly. However, I found it to be kind of therapeutic. Once I got the hang of it, it became a task that had to be finished, otherwise it would look pretty dumb. So when I went to bed last night, I woke up knowing that I had something to do in the morning and that made me get up out of bed. I planned to go to the gym today, didn`t end up doing it.
Does anyone know if excersize actually does something for you other than the obvious body weight change? I have yet to experience it but I assume excersize is beneficial to living a healthy life.

So an end note for today because I`m watching the hockey game and don`t feel like writing much more...

1) Find something good for yourself to do everyday that you enjoy, like painting, doing the dishes, ect. These things you have to do anyways, so why not have fun doing them.

2) Excersize. Don`t skip the gym, find the time in your day even if it`s only for an hour. You may be like me, and think that as long as you can mannage your weight through food, you dont need to excersize regularily, but seeing as doctors and nutritionists tell us everyday that it is important, it probably is.
